Formats

We accept GIF, JPG, PNG image files. Flash (FLV, SWF) and other rich media formats are accepted for the web site only. File names should include the name of the company. Expanding, floating, or pop-up/under ads generally are not accepted.

Resolution/Color

Files should be submitted in RGB format, at 72dpi and sized correctly.

File Sizes

Maximum file size is 50k.

Links

Please provide URLs for all ads. Up to three creative options may be submitted per campaign.

Flash/Rich Media

All non-Flash rich media files must be third-party hosted. Flash files must use the clicktag parameter for the geturl function (i.e. {geturl (clicktag, “_blank”);}) to enable proper display and tracking. similar adjustments are necessary for all other rich media and third-party served ads. All rich-media ads must include image ad back-ups for site visitors without Flash or JavaScript capabilities.

Video/Animations

Video/animations may not last more than 30 seconds or loop more than three times.

Audio

Audio must be user-initiated by click, with clearly marked audio on/off buttons.

Positions

468 x 60: Home page only. 300 x 250 ads rotate on most pages on the site. 728 x 90 and 300 x 100 ads appear on most pages except the home page.

Exclusive Placement

Exclusive positions, such as home-page-only or first-article-page-only, as well as time-targeted and geo- targeted ads, are available for a premium.

Third Party Serving

Third-party served ads are acceptable. All non-Flash rich media ads must be hosted by a third-party server. File sizes must conform to the standard file specifications listed above. If an advertiser requires billable impressions to be based on third-party tracking, please provide a reporting URL, user name, and password prior to the flight date.

Reporting

The Network provides ad reports monthly or more frequently as requested. Please provide an e-mail address if you wish to receive reports.

Billing and Terms

Campaigns costing $2,000 and above are billed at the completion of a campaign or at the end of the month (for the portion of the campaign that has been fulfilled for the month), whichever is sooner. Payment is due 15 days from invoice date. Prepayment is required for any new advertiser. Ad placements under $2,000 must be paid for in advance via credit card.

Discounts

Nonprofits and events may qualify for discounts. Call for remnant space.

Premium Charges

Additional charges apply to premium position requests (special sections or pages) and all targeting requests, including but not limited to geo, time, and domain.

Commission

Digital ads are non-commissionable.

Policies

  1. Enter Music Network reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising at any time.
  2. An advertiser may cancel an ad or campaign up to three business days prior to the start date. Cancellations will not be accepted thereafter.
  3. Changes may be made to a campaign with 48 hours advance notice.
  4. Deadlines: Insertion orders are due five business days prior to the campaign start date. Materials are due three business days prior to the flight date, including samples of third-party served ads.
